We are transportation consultants having an over 35 years of experience in the implementation, management, and coordination of complex transportation infrastructure projects (highways, rail networks, airports), both in Greece and abroad, as well as in collaboration and coordination among different stakeholders in all design phases of projects with specific requirements.
We specialize in transportation infrastructure projects and have an in-depth understanding of the unique requirements and challenges they entail. Our BIM technology is tailored to address the specific needs of the industry, ensuring optimal results.
The implementation of modern infrastructure involves not only the combination of technical skills and technology but also the way they interact with each other, aiming at the development of sustainable infrastructure. Our goal is to design economically efficient and sustainable solutions through effective short-term and long-term planning that meet the expectations and needs of our clients.
Our Methodology
As certified Project Management Professionals (PMP) and Certified Scrum
Masters (CSM), we apply Agile Leadership and Scrum Design Management,
aiming for innovation and creativity.
Our design is based on:
- Understanding and minimizing the elements that increase construction and operation costs (Design-To-Value).
- The minimal technical solution means incorporating only the necessary
requirements that create added value into the study (value engineering).
As certified systemic analyst professionals, we apply methodologies based on systems theory (system dynamics) and approach each project as a system in which the key components of the system (different types of studies, each phase of the system (Design, Construction, Maintenance, Operation) interact with each other in a unique way.
As certified Envision Sustainability Professionals (ESP), through the Envision platform, we rate the sustainability of projects by offering design services for “sustainable” projects with an environmental footprint. Envision is an infrastructure project evaluation system based on their overall contribution to the economic, environmental, and social aspects of sustainability. It establishes a unique holistic framework for sustainable project design, not only by creating meaningful sustainable performance goals but also by expanding opportunities for performance improvement.
